Nutrition:  

Nutrition is the single biggest factor in the weight loss process!


Our weight loss programs include structured and detailed meal plans that assist you with the proper foods you should be eating as well as the time of day for consumption.  You will have comprehensive nutrition consultations every two weeks with our Certified Nutritionist to tailor your meal plans according to your progress. Meal plans are based on the “calories in vs. calories out” principle and The Glycemic Index. Your body fat composition will be examined every two weeks as well as circumference measurements taken every month in order to monitor your success.

 

Weight Training

 Did you know your body can burn more calories up to 24 hours after weight training?

Training with weights also makes your bones stronger and is a great stress reliever.  Our program includes five days a week of personal training with a certified personal training expert.  Each day we will be targeting a specific body part while we use advanced training methods to keep your heart rate elevated during the entire session which in turn burns calories and fat.

Cardiovascular Conditioning: 

Not only will you be burning fat during your Cardio Conditioning but you will also be making your heart stronger so you can live longer!

We have been successful with many clients refraining from high blood pressure medications. In addition we have aided clients with reversing type-II diabetes and lowering cholesterol levels through our programs.  Cardio can consist of boxing, running, elliptical machine, swimming, running stairs or walking on the track.
